What you’ll do

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at TDHS, you will contribute to the success of the organisation by delivering nursing care in line with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) – National Competency Standards. You will provide direct, person-centred care within your scope of practice, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. You will also assist in implementing continuous improvement and risk management systems, supporting quality care and patient safety across the service.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and clinical experience that sets you apart. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A natural team player and leader, you’ll communicate effectively and use your tech skills to support seamless care. Bonus points if you’ve completed a graduate program, hold or are working towards postgraduate qualifications, and have current ALS certification – but a passion for learning and growth is just as valuable.
