Your Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our DNA team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Support and promote a safe environment for residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic care of residents.
• Document and communicate effectively to support the continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Recent experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, empathetic, and respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
