Come and join our clinical and care team at Campbell Place Aged Care at Glen Waverley, where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families.
What does your new role look like?
Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members across our permanent night shift Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays
Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
About you
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing (willing to work as a grade 1 Registered Nurse)
Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
Availability to work permanent afternoon shifts (2:45pm - 10:15pm)
Fully vaccinated for 2024 Influenza and COVID 19 including the first Booster
