About the role 

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled registered nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.


• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.


• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.


• Support and educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.


• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a general medical or acute care setting.


• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Commitment to continuous professional development.


• Ability to work all shifts, including AM, PM, nights and weekends
