About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, youwill provide person centred care to our valued residents supported by a team ofcarers. You will utilise your genuine passion for helpingothers to make a difference to our resident’s quality of life. You will part ofa passionate, caring, and extraordinary care team. We have various part time and full time shifts available.

Duties

Lead a care team todeliver the highest quality, person-first, care to our residents

Prepare high-quality careplans and assessments

Maintain quality caredocumentation

Ensure safe medicationadministration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents,in line with resident needs and legislative requirements

Support the Clinical CareManager with the management and completion of ACFI assessments

Actively engage inhandovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care acrossshifts

Adhere to all relevantlegislative requirements and quality guidelines.

Skills and Experience

Registration with AHPRA asa Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential

Ideally 2 – 3 years’experience working within the aged care sector

The ability to work aspart of a tight knit team and delegate effectively

Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills

A strong understanding ofResident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
