Registered Nurse Trainer and Assessor Diploma of Nursing Program

FOX Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating, delivering, and assessing training in various subjects. You will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students, ensuring their success in their chosen fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in a classroom setting
• Develop (or learn to) and update training materials and resources
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
• Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to continuously improve training delivery
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards

• Relevant qualifications in nursing
• TAE4022 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent or, working towards or, willing to complete as a traineeship or a higher education qualification in adult education
• Prior experience in delivering training and assessing students or willing to learn
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Dedication to professionalism and continuous improvement
