Our in-house professional chef prepares meals using fresh seasonal produce, served in various dining areas or as room service. About the Role:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis!

You will be based at our Boronia home, located at 183 Boronia Road, St Marys NSW 2760.

Your hours of employment will be during the week on AM shifts from Monday to Thursday.

Thompson Health Care Boronia House is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life. This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff. This position will suit professional RNs who are flexible and passionate about aged care.

Skills and Experience:

• Endorsed by APHRA (essential). 
• Aged Care experience beneficial
• A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
• Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.
• Great communication skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
• Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
• Demonstrated high level organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.
• A good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.
