Radiation Oncology Unaccredited Registrar Position - 2026

Fixed Term Radiation Oncology Registrar: rotations may include Parkville, Moorabbin, Sunshine and Bendigo Campuses:


Applicants must have:



  • Medical degree registrable in Victoria

  • The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical, nursing, allied health and clerical staff.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives of patients, referring practitioners and other members in the community.

We have 1 full time position available to begin from 13 July 2026 or as near as possible, with rotations of Skin/Paeds, Breast/Urology & Moorabbin campus.

  • Radiation Oncologists and Registrars.

  • Radiation therapists, physicists, nursing and administrative staff in Radiotherapy and the Satellites. 

  • Hospital staff in Outpatients, Wards and Theatre.

2. Attend all lectures, tutorials, and meetings arranged for training purposes. Undertake case presentations, literature searches, clinical reviews and research studies as part of the post graduate training program.

  • Regular attendance at weekly educational activities.


3. Undertake case presentations, literature searches, clinical reviews and research studies as part of the post graduate training program.

  • Satisfactory progress towards completion of research project.


4. Maintain a log book, as a record of proficiency in radiotherapeutic technical procedures.

  • Satisfactory completion of log book requirements.
