About the role:

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Cars24 in Australia as Registration Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for

• assisting with the registration process of vehicles
• ensuring compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork.
• Acquisitions of vehicles bought
• Liaising with Service NSW for over the counter transactions and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24
• Data entry and ensuring our systems is up to date and correct
• You will also provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed

• Customer-first mindset
• 2-4 years experience in a similar position is preferred
• Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred
• Experience in computer systems
• Strong Attention to detail and time management
• Positive and enthusiastic team player - Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
• Excellent communication skills to enable you to get the job done.
• Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple task and work under pressure during busy periods
