The Position
Redox is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to monitor regulatory compliance across all Redox markets and locations.
Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
Regularly reviewing new and existing legislation in respect to Redox operations
Monitoring and interpreting regulatory issues for the business across all industries and locations
Assess impact of changes in regulatory requirements on our products and operations
Develop and maintain strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver high quality technical advice and support to stakeholders
Reviewing regulatory agency submissions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Managing licences and permits to ensure regulatory compliance
Ensuring relevant permits, approvals and product registrations are in place and maintained (ie: Quarantine, precursors, Dangerous Goods, APVMA etc)
Ensuring compliance with government regulations, corporate guidelines and standards
Manage activities such as audits and regulatory agency inspections
About You
At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
A degree in Law or Science, particularly Chemistry, would be an advantage
Well versed in Australian chemical regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, TGA, FSANZ, AICIS, and scheduled drugs and poisons.
An understanding and appreciation for the importance of compliance and quality documentation
Impeccable communication, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, and an incredible ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks
Initiative in a continually and rapidly progressive environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
