The Role:

AP+ is undergoing a Risk Uplift Program and we’re hiring a part-time Regulatory Response Specialist to join the Program Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The purpose of the role will be to:

• Support in the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and gap assessments on these requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand current state processes.
• Collate documentation and evidence from stakeholders across AP+.

Your expertise will contribute to successful execution of regulatory initiatives, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation remains compliant with these evolving standards.

Proposed success profile:

• Up to five years working in a regulatory or compliance management role
• Experience in dealing with regulatory requests and implementing new legislation or standards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
• Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions and judgements aligned with agreed objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
