UNIQ Property Australia is a Project Marketing company. We are a specialist provider of house and land and off the plan properties to our established network of property and real estate referral groups and their clients. These properties are not available to the general public.

Due to overwhelming demand from marketing initiatives, we are looking to appoint a highly competent and energetic Real Estate and Property Sales Professional in a full-time capacity to develop existing and new referrer relationships to achieve sales results.

Most importantly, you are not required to source your own listings.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Meeting with new and existing referral partners to build long-term relationships
  • Presenting properties and education to clients based on their individual and financial needs
  • Co-ordinating and negotiating sales and completing documentation for the sale of off the plan and house and land packages. 
  • Providing consistent and personal service throughout various different sales campaigns and events. Ensuring you have attendance from your portfolio of referrers. 
  • Instigating individual referrer activities / events to market and promote education and  properties to their clients

About you:

You are a property sales professional who is looking for a change in how you operate within the Real Estate Industry. You also understand that hard work with a fearless approach in the present will pay dividends in the future.

  • A proven high sales achiever in the Off the Plan or Project Marketing sector of the Real Estate industry with demonstrable success
  • An energetic and outgoing personality 
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Possess a hunger to succeed and be rewarded for your efforts
  • A current Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
  • A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Licence
  • Your previous position may include Real Estate Project Marketer, Property Strategist, Sales Agent, Sales Consultant or Real Estate Specialist.
