Alongside delivering exceptional service to your existing portfolio, you will also focus on new client acquisition and identifying opportunities to add further value for both new and existing clients.

You will join a team of Relationship Executives and Analysts based in Dandenong South, managing a diversified client base and delivering the full suite of Business and Commercial Banking solutions.

The segment we serve includes businesses with turnover between $15m-$30m or commercial lending between $3m-$10m . We support a wide range of needs, including working capital, vehicle and equipment finance, home and investment lending, transaction and merchant services, as well as foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.

We work flexibly to balance the needs of our clients, team, and home life.

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who:

• Have solid experience building and managing a successful Business or Commercial Banking portfolio, with lending exposure above $3m
• Possess a deep understanding of banking products and services
• Demonstrate strong credit capability and financial analysis skills, including an understanding of financial statements and underlying cash flow drivers
• Take pride in building long-term relationships through exceptional service, while driving new business opportunities
