Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team (RAB) is committed to strengthening businesses and communities across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Executive based in our new Business Banking centre in Geraldton. You’ll manage a dynamic portfolio of transactional banking clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare, childcare, hospitality, retail, automotive, and more.

Flexibility is key—some days you’ll work from our office, others from client sites or remotely. You’ll be supported by a highly skilled team of Analysts, Account Managers, and fellow Relationship Executives.

What You’ll Do

• Build deep, trusted relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
• Retain and grow existing business while identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Drive strategy, structure deals, and negotiate outcomes while proactively managing risk.
