The Opportunity 

As part of the Asset Management division of La Trobe Financial, your primary responsibility will be for you to provide exceptional customer service to new and potential La Trobe Financial investors. You will deal with general and specific investment enquiries and provide assistance to La Trobe Retail Investor Market. An additional key element of this role is to coach, mentor and motivate the sales desk SMCP team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to self-manage is integral to the role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintaining and growing new and existing investor relationships
• Attending to all written and telephone investor enquiries
• Deal with all investor related complaints and escalation to management if required
• Acting in a sales role to promote La Trobe Financial’s investment products
• Be actively involved in La Trobe Financial’s Client Contact program to promote the Fund and client satisfaction
• Promotion of investment opportunities by direct telephone contact with investors and other La Trobe Financial stakeholders
• Regular reporting to Operations Manager of completion of tasks
• Achieve set KPIs 

About you

• Banking/Finance experience – minimum one (1) year
• Degree/Diploma in appropriate business-related discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills 
• Works well independently and in a team
• Proficient Client Relationship Management skills
