Relief Building Manager - Continuous Learning Opportunities

For over 60 years, Meriton has been designing and building award-winning apartments in the best possible locations, with close to 80,000 apartments to our name across Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Building or Property Manager looking for a change, to assist our dedicated team to be their Relief Building Manager.

The role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the complex, liaise with contractors on maintenance issues, building inspections, interact with tenants and owners, leasing and more. 

You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team.  

Role requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in property or building Management.
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus.
• Strong knowledge of Strata, property and building management.
• Must have own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided)
• Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
• You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License
