Essential Criteria: 

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and/or experience as a Cook in a service organisation
• Ability communicate effectively with older people
• Prioritise workloads, demonstrate flexibility and achieve outcomes within specified time frames
• Knowledge of food safety legislation
• Prepared to travel to all Residential sites, including Mt Gambier, Port Elliot and Murray Bridge 
• Drivers licence and motor vehicle
