We're looking for an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to lead marketing strategy development for candidates and hirers across the APAC region. You will work closely with segment, product, channel and country teams, making sure every initiative aligns with company objectives, OKRs and market demands. You'll lead the strategic response to business challenges, provide expert consultation on key marketing decisions and set measurable targets across the marketing function.

This role sits within the APAC Marketing Strategy team, which shapes overarching marketing and brand strategy and drives operational alignment across the wider APAC Marketing team. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders including the Executive and Commercial Leadership Teams, Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales and Service, and Commercial Growth and Strategy. Team members are based in Melbourne, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, giving you genuine international scope and collaboration across SEEK's key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of the overarching APAC marketing strategy, aligned to company OKRs
• Leverage customer and market insights to keep strategies relevant and impactful
• Collaborate with segment, product, channel and country teams on tailored initiatives
• Set clear strategic priorities and measurable targets for the marketing function
• Advise senior stakeholders on marketing strategy, challenges and opportunities
• Guide strategic recommendations for marketing budgets and investment
• Analyse performance data to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategy

• Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategy in a regional or global context, ideally APAC
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in detailed strategic analysis
• Experience with marketing performance metrics, customer analytics and competitive analysis
• Experience crafting executive-level presentations and communications
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing or a related field
