Rates: $110 - $130 per hour (inc. super)
The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) provides support and advice to AEC staff to prepare, adopt and embrace change and transformation, and strives to be the AEC’s change management centre of excellence. The ECMO’s purpose is to support the AEC to meet its full potential through realising its organisational benefits by focusing on the people side of change. This is achieved by providing the structure and support to build sustainable change management capability and maturity across the agency. The ECMO contributes to a positive work culture that enables increased productivity and the likelihood of project delivery, change success and benefits realisation. The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking to engage a Change Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO)and various teams in the AEC by planning and executing change support and deliverables. You’ll act as the conduit between the ECMO and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support change readiness. You’re focus will be to create and support the delivery of tailored change materials that enhance people’s ability to apply, respond to, embed, and adapt to changes throughout the agency.
