As the Client Relationship Manager, you're at the heart of the client experience â responsible for
delivering a smooth, professional hiring journey and building exceptional long\-term relationships. You
thrive on exceptional customer service and take pride in your problem\-solving skills, always looking for
ways to add value and build trust.
Youâll manage a portfolio of clients, giving you deep insight into your market and helping you build
strong, tailored relationships. This portfolio model enables you to truly understand your clientsâ needs,
preferences, and business goals.
Once the Regional Manager submits a job brief, you take full ownership of the client journey. Youâll:
⢠Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure they clearly understand the client's needs
⢠Review and handpick the most suitable candidates
⢠Coordinate interviews and manage all client communications through to successful placement
Youâll be supported in the interview phase by the Staff Success Manager, who keeps the candidate
engaged and prepared throughout.
After placement, you become the ongoing point of contact for your client. Youâll:
⢠Conduct regular check\-ins to ensure a quality start and strong match
⢠Identify and present opportunities to upsell additional roles or services
⢠Quickly address concerns, working closely with your Staff Success Manager (who reports
directly to you) to resolve issues and protect the client relationship
