The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Credit Assessment team in Adelaide.
As a Credit Assessment Officer, you will provide support to Front Line Lending staff, Broker Division and Business Banking in assessing credit risk for consumer, and business applications.

By joining the Credit Assessment team (MCT) you will be involved in the day-to-day assessment of loan applications submitted by Loan consultants and Third-party Brokers. In addition, MCT reviews Valuations, Security Changes and assesses Business Banking applications.
We deliver a point of excellence in terms of compliance and adherence to Beyond Bank’s Consumer Credit Policy. The MCT mission statement is “to be a quality service provider to the Group” and our main role is to support the Network and be available to assist with knowledge and coaching around process and credit risk matters.

What does our recruitment process look like?
The process can include a phone screen, video interview, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
