Job Description

Your Opportunity 

We’re looking for a CRM Engineer to join our Shared Services team.

In this role, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users. 

You’ll also make an impact by: 

  • Managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 CE environment, including user setup, security roles, and permissions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical support related to Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with business objectives
  • Analysing existing processes and workflows, providing recommendations for optimisation, and executing the continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring accurate data management, and automating key business processes such as Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
  • Using tools like Power Apps such as Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps and Power Automate, to develop low code/no code applications, creation of automated workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in system configuration, data management, and user access.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you’ll have: 

  • Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CE - Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights Journeys modules.
  • Proven experiences in code development background such as JavaScript, HTML, JSON and FetchXML.
  • Strong knowledge of CE data import/export, data integrity, and data migration processes.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics CE with 3rd party systems.
  • Training and supporting end-users on Dynamics CE and Power Platform tools

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: 

  • Proven experiences in code development background such as C# and .Net Framework
  • Business analysis, business systems or business-related field.
  • Understanding of Dynamics CE and Power Platform Solution Architecture would be advantageous, but not essential for consideration.
  • Experience with Workday platform (HRIS)
