Trustana helps retailers, distributors, and brands manage and enrich product data so it can be used across e-commerce, marketplaces, and AI systems. Our platform helps customers clean, structure, and optimize large product catalogs so they can improve discovery, automation, and digital sales performance.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customers, data, and AI tools. This role sits between customer success, product, and solution design.
You will help customers structure their product data, experiment with AI workflows, and build practical use cases that show how clean data can unlock new value, from better search and enrichment to automation and AI-driven content.
This is not a pure relationship management role. Much of your time will be spent exploring customer datasets, testing workflows, building proof-of-concept solutions, and helping customers understand how their data can be used more effectively.
What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding & Data Setup
Support onboarding of customer product catalogs into the platform
Help map attributes, structure data, and identify gaps or inconsistencies
Build simple proof-of-concept examples showing how AI and automation can improve catalog quality and search
Customer Problem Solving
Troubleshoot issues related to data, workflows, and integrations
Investigate root causes using APIs, documentation, and datasets
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams
Share customer insights to help improve product features and workflows
Customer Value & Growth
Help customers unlock more value from structured product data
Identify opportunities to expand usage or support new initiatives
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or similar roles within B2B SaaS
Comfortable working with structured data such as product catalogs, attributes, spreadsheets, JSON, or CSV files
Able to troubleshoot workflows and integrations, exploring APIs, documentation, and tools such as Postman when needed
Curious about AI and automation, with interest in experimenting with LLMs or workflow tools to improve processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
Bonus Experience
Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
E-commerce or marketplace systems
Retail technology platforms
Working with large datasets or catalog data
