The opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and great at building strong, trusted relationships, you’ll be the go-to person for schools using Atomi, helping them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and get real results for both students and teachers.
You’ll coach school leaders and teachers, lead workshops and training, track usage data to drive adoption, and feed insights back into our product and marketing teams. You’ll also help shape our broader customer success strategy and contribute to the education community through events, case studies and content.
This is a hands-on role based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro area preferred), and requires regular travel to schools, so you’ll need your own transport and a valid driver’s licence. Experience working in or with the education sector and/or SaSS organisations is highly regarded.
At Atomi, we aim to move quickly and keep things transparent. Once you’re into the interview stage, we’ll make sure you get meaningful feedback and insights from the team. For this role, you can expect the process to look like this:
• Initial Screen w/ Atomi's People Team
• Interview Round 1: Role Fit and Culture Interview
• Interview Round 2: Technical Assessment (Role Play Exercise)
• Interview Round 3: Cross-functional Interview
How to apply
Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. We’re more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you're good at, what you're passionate about, and why you’d be a great fit at Atomi.
We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don't meet all the requirements we've listed, you should still apply.
Please note: You'll need Australian working rights for this role.
