The opportunity
As a Demand and Campaigns Lead you will work to shape how Atomi shows up in the world. This role owns the narrative behind our campaigns and turns strategy into thoughtful, creative demand programs that support pipeline growth and long-term brand strength.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, campaigns and revenue. Working closely with the head of marketing, brand studio, product marketing, growth and sales, you’ll make sure everything we put into market feels connected, intentional and genuinely useful to schools and teachers.
This is a highly autonomous role for a strong individual contributor who enjoys owning ideas end-to-end. You’ll help define how we do marketing at Atomi, not just execute briefs handed to you.
How to apply
Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. We’re more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you're good at, what you're passionate about, and why you’d be a great fit at Atomi.
We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don't meet all the requirements we've listed, you should still apply.
Please note: You'll need Australian working rights for this role.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
