Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Digital Media, the Digital Media Coordinator will support the team in the execution and optimisation of paid digital media activity across all campaigns and channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video).  

You will deliver digital media plans that achieve brand objectives, drive omnichannel sales and increase ROAS.

Here’s a snapshot of the Digital Media Coordinator responsibilities: 

  • Support the Digital Media team in executing and buying of digital media, as required.
  • Responsible for the execution, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels.
  • Budget management and the delivery of post campaign reporting, as required.
  • Responsible for creative briefs for digital media channels, partnering with the creative services team.
  • Build a strong relationship with the broader Endeavour Marketing and eCommerce teams, our Media Agencies and our key digital partners.
  • Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation. 
  • Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity.
  • Provide input into weekly updates to Marketing Leadership team on digital media performance results. 
  • Role modelling the Endeavour Group’s Values and Ways of Working 

Qualifications

  • Now let’s talk about you: 
  • 1-2 years experience in performance based marketing. 
  • A working knowledge of the digital media landscape including SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Mobile, Social, Video and Native.
  • Knowledge and experience with advertising, digital tracking, attribution modeling & analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) .
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
