Today’s deals do not happen in a vacuum, KPMG’s integrated team of specialists work at deal speed to help find and drive value throughout the deal and transformation lifecycle.

Our market leading Transaction Services team has extensive experience in providing financial due diligence and other deal related services to help clients assess, plan and manage acquisitions, mergers, divestments and initial and secondary debt and equity offerings.

Your New Role

We now have an opportunity for individuals to join the Perth team at the Executive level. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading corporate advisors in Australia and to develop your skills in a diverse range of industries.

Having worked within a professional services firm or corporate environment, you will be involved in end-to-end projects in relation to:

• Financial due diligence
• Sell-side M&A services including Vendor assistance and Vendor due diligence
• IPO and Capital markets reporting
• Synergy assessment
• Sale and Purchase Agreement support
• Integration assistance

About you

• Experience of data & analytics
• Enjoy solving problems and interpreting financial information / models
• The ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally
• A desire to contribute to team success along with a motivated and dedicated work ethic

Degree in Commerce or Finance. Have completed or are in the process of completing your CA qualification.
