How you’ll make an impact

CareChoice are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are interested in joining our team across metro Melbourne.
We are supporting multiple people with 3 and 4 hour shifts and looking for Support Workers interested in picking up several shorter shifts a day.

We are looking for people willing to provide quality services and safeguards to our clients with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participant with:

• Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals
• Community access and transport
• Domestic and Personal care

About you

As a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you’ll have experience with providing quality care services, working with clients with physical disabilities and building rapport with participants. 

You will need to come with:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Certificate IV in Disability or similar
• Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
• Valid Driver’s License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
