We’re currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Injury Management Specialist.

This role is for our Regional Team - our consultants are predominantly based in Perth, with travel out to a Regional Centre required on a weekly to fortnightly basis (mostly day trips and occasional overnight trips). Have the perks of remaining located in Perth while still getting to travel for work and see our beautiful countryside as well as working with a diverse population. Allied Health Professionals based regionally are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

We are looking for a Injury Management Specialist to join our Regional WA team on a full-time or part-time basis!

As a Injury Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
  • Regional Travel on a weekly to fortnightly basis (day trip or occasionally overnight) 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractoc or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
