⢠Provide general administrative support to the Principal and broader team.
⢠Open and close files accurately, ensuring consistent file management and structure.
⢠Prepare cost disclosures and standard documentation for property transactions.
⢠Complete high\-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
⢠Collate, merge, edit and organize PDF documents using Adobe or similar tools.
⢠Assist with settlement preparation, including ordering property certificates and supporting processes required for property settlements.
⢠Correspond professionally with clients, real estate agents, brokers, bankers and other legal professionals as required.
⢠Support other team members with general duties and workflow management.
⢠Phone support may be introduced at a later stage once the successful candidate is established in the role.
