⢠Serve as the first point of contact for participants, families, staff, and stakeholders, managing phone, email, and internal communications professionally and promptly.

⢠Build and manage support worker rosters, coordinate shift coverage, communicate roster changes, and ensure participant-worker matching aligns with service requirements and NDIS goals.
⢠Monitor incidents and worker wellbeing, conduct post-incident welfare checks, track corrective actions, and support compliance with NDIS incident reporting requirements.
⢠Support participant onboarding, record management, appointment scheduling, and administration of service agreements, consent forms, and participant documentation.
⢠Maintain accurate organizational records, digital filing systems, and policy documentation, while assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities.
⢠Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, privacy legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
