Sales Manager -SaaS & Analytics, Battery Energy Storage (BESS) - APAC

Australia based | Open to all states

Our client is a global battery analytics company helping energy storage assets run safer, smarter and more profitably through software based intelligence.

They are looking to bring on a Sales Manager to join the Australian team, own and grow the region, develop a strong client base and develop base into material market share. This is a rare chance to build a market from the backed by a proven global platform and deep technical support!

What you'll be doing

• Developing business and solution development


• Owning revenue generation and pipeline development across Australia, with an eye on the emerging South East Asian BESS market


• Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, building trust from engineers through to executives


• Bringing market insight back into the business to shape product direction and commercial strategy


• Working closely with a Regional Lead and Solution Engineer to ensure customers get real value once they're onboard


• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract

What you'll bring

• Experience in the utility-scale energy & renewables market, prefferably across BESS. Coming with strong business development and sales experience.


• Exposure, understanding or experience with SaaS or Enterpise Sales, with a track record of closing large deals.


• Experience selling into energy, battery storage, renewables or grid infrastructure.


• Confidence navigating both technical and commercial stakeholders in the same sales cycle.


• A genuine hunter mentality, comfortable generating your own pipeline.


• Full working rights in Australia and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas.


• A structured, CRM-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
