Occupational Therapist

We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.

We are open to discussions with Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

On a daily basis you will:

• Managing a caseload and completing therapeutic services  
• Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based  
• Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence

To be considered suitable you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
• Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
