Operations Assistant for a Transportation and Logistics Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

Daily Tasks:

• Support daily allocations and job scheduling across the fleet

• Assist with optimizing fleet utilization to maximize productivity and minimize idle time

• Monitor driver hours (scheduled vs actual) and flag variances, fatigue risks, and inefficiencies

• Track driver performance against KPIs, including on\-time delivery, utilization, and compliance

• Assist with day\-to\-day operational coordination between drivers, clients, and site teams

• Maintain accurate operational records, rosters, and run sheets

Working Shift:

• The working days will either be Saturday or Sunday (one weekend) and Tuesday to Friday.

• Working hours will be 5:30am \- 11:30am and 4:00pm \- 6:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (split shift).
