About the Role



We’re looking for a highly skilled Optimizely Architect to lead and grow our Optimizely practice, combining technical excellence, pre-sales acumen, and delivery leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital experiences for enterprise clients, architecting scalable solutions using the full Optimizely suite (CMS, DXP, Experimentation), and guiding projects from pitch to production.

This is a leadership opportunity with a competitive base salary and commission structure tied to pre-sales and project success. You’ll play a key role in shaping our Optimizely capability from the ground up, backed by a supportive and collaborative team culture that values craftsmanship, innovation, and impact.



This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performing, collaborative team and is excited to mentor others, lead complex implementations, and build a practice around quality and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Solution Architecture: Design and lead the delivery of Optimizely solutions that align to client goals and best practices.

• Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: Partner with sales to craft compelling proposals, run discovery sessions, and translate business needs into platform capabilities.

• Drive Technical Delivery: Oversee implementation from start to finish, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

• Build the Team: Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing Optimizely team; establish technical standards and foster continuous learning.

• Champion Client Success: Run workshops, assess digital needs, and position Optimizely as a driver of measurable outcomes.

About You

• 5+ years in a solution architect or technical leadership role, ideally with deep Optimizely experience

• Hands-on delivery experience with Optimizely CMS, DXP, and Experimentation

• Strong grasp of modern web technologies, .NET, Azure/AWS, and integration patterns

• Proven ability to lead complex digital projects and mentor engineering teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable translating tech into strategy

• Experience in a consulting/digital agency environment is a plus

• Bonus: Optimizely certifications or similar platform credentials
