Your Mission:

• Be the Driving Force: As the champion for Stratpharma in your territory, you will leverage your expert sales skills to exceed targets, aggressively expand our distribution, and build commanding market share for our key brands.
• Forge Powerful Alliances: You will cultivate deep and lasting relationships with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and local GPs. Your role is to become their trusted advisor, delivering outstanding product training and insights that empower them to recommend Stratpharma solutions with confidence.
• Master Your Territory: From strategic merchandising that captures the premium essence of our products to meticulous territory and CRM management, you will have complete ownership over your region’s success. Your intelligence from the front lines will be crucial to our national strategy.
