Principal SAP Consultant MM / EWM | Project Delivery

We’re seeking a Principal SAP Consultant – Materials Management (MM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our growing team. This is a senior role for someone with a proven track record of SAP project delivery, not a step-up opportunity. You'll lead critical project phases, mentor a small team, and work directly with clients to deliver outstanding outcomes.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with occasional travel to client sites during key milestones such as workshops or go-lives.

  Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of SAP solutions across Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA projects

  Own end-to-end project responsibilities: requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare

  
  


• 
  

  Provide leadership and day-to-day mentoring to junior consultants, ensuring quality and capability uplift

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise directly with clients to define and align business requirements with SAP best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Transport Management (TM), and Asset Management (EAM)

  
  


• 
  

  Support project governance by contributing to planning, resourcing, and client updates

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert for clients during critical delivery phases

  
  

• 
  

  7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with deep domain knowledge in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a focus on delivery excellence

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mentoring and leadership skills — able to guide less experienced team members

  
  


• 
  

  Consulting background with exposure to multiple industries and client environments

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, especially public cloud implementations, is highly regarded

  
  


• 
  

  Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

  Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first model

  Willingness to travel for major project milestones (typically a few days per phase, not ongoing)
