Sales Support for a Construction Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

• Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, sales orders and invoices.

• Reserve materials, check availability and update the team on incoming stock and timing.

• Maintain accurate records in the point\-of\-sale/ERP system and shared Google Sheets.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, accounts) to progress orders through each stage.

• Monitor email and internal requests, prioritising and actioning tasks for multiple sales team members.

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
