About you
You will ideally have 5+ years' experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer with experience across a broad range of employment matters, including advising on compliance, enterprise bargaining agreements, unfair dismissals, equal opportunity and general protections claims.
You have a strong understanding of employment law and are passionate about advancing your career in this area. You are conscientious and possess an inquisitive mind, always striving for continuously improvement. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues, complemented by your attention to detail and drafting skills.
Experience from an employer perspective is desirable.
Your role
You will be advising clients on the full suite of employment matters including, but not limited to:
- general employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
- employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution
- workplace health and safety
- workplace compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures and the delivery of training
- employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration
You will have direct access and the opportunity to work with all Partners in this market leading practice with a friendly and collegial culture.
As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with clients on the full suite of employment matters to continue to develop your employment advisory skills.
