The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join our esteemed property practice, working under a senior partner known for expertise in the real estate sector. This legal professional has extensive experience and is recognized in industry guides for excellence in property law.

In this role, you will support an expanding team that handles large-scale property transactions, complex development projects, and direct investments in real estate. Our client base includes major property trusts, large-scale developers, and multinational corporations involved in some of the most significant property deals nationally.

Candidate Profile:

• Over 5 years of post-qualification experience
  


• Proven experience with property acquisitions and sales
  


• Background in commercial development and leasing arrangements
  


• Familiar with development agreements and novation procedures
  


• Knowledge of property financing, security interests, and project finance
  


• Exposure to government infrastructure projects and property transactions
  


• Proficiency in managing transactions via digital platforms such as PEXA
