We’re looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and delivery of complex electronics systems.

As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to hardware development - including schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing. Your work will directly support our cutting-edge systems, ensuring high reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, simulate, prototype, and test electronic circuits and subassemblies.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Select and qualify electronic components to meet design and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans for lab and flight environments.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and other test equipment.
• Liaise with contract manufacturers and suppliers on technical queries.
• Support compliance testing and flight-readiness reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.

What you'll bring:

Essential:

• 6+ years of experience in board-level analogue and digital electronic circuit design.
• 3+ years using Altium Designer in commercial product development.
• Strong hands-on lab skills with common electronics diagnostic tools.

Beneficial:

• Experience with switch-mode power supply design.
• Familiarity with embedded firmware development.
• EMI troubleshooting and compliance test experience.
• High-speed and low-noise digital/analogue design for manufacturability.
• Rework and soldering of fine-pitch components.
• Understanding of mechanical integration and design trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or equivalent
