The role 


An opportunity has arisen within our Impact team for a Senior Impact Programs Manager. This is a full-time role based at Queensland Children’s Hospital in South Brisbane.


 


The Senior Impact Programs Manager is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and evaluation of all impact programs and activities. This role has operational oversight of all Children’s Hospital Foundation Impact Programs and will develop and maintain relationships with key hospital and external stakeholders to ensure the Foundation’s impact is maximised to benefit patients and families.

 Key criteria


To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:



  • Degree qualification in management or relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience leading a high-performance team in a senior management/leadership role.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the development and delivery of programs/services in a health setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and apply program logic and impact measurement frameworks, with proven experience in program evaluation using a broad range of quantitative and qualitative tools and methods.

  • Strong financial acumen, strategic planning and budgeting expertise, and procurement experience.

  • Experience in not-for-profit and healthcare sectors highly regarded.
