Job Description - Service Delivery Administrator for an IT Services and Critical Infrastructure Company in Australia (

â¢ Oversee all preventative maintenance scheduling, ensuring work is booked with customers and contractors within required timeframes

â¢ Coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule and track jobs through to completion, preventing overdue maintenance

â¢ Process service reports, review for completeness, and update internal systems accurately

â¢ Follow up on outstanding work, documentation, and customer confirmations via email and phone
