The Service Desk Administrator - Audio Visual is responsible for the remote support, monitoring, and optimisation of client Audio Visual environments, ensuring seamless collaboration experiences across meeting rooms, conferencing platforms, and end-user devices.
Requirements
What You'll Do
Provide remote Level 2/3 support for AV and meeting room technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing, audio, and collaboration platforms.
Monitor AV environments, proactively identify issues, and maintain system performance.
Support end users with meeting setup, live call troubleshooting, and collaboration tools.
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations while meeting SLA targets.
Coordinate with vendors and onsite technicians to resolve complex issues.
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and AV environment standards.
Contribute to service improvements and the optimisation of client collaboration experiences.
What You'll Bring
Experience supporting enterprise AV, video conferencing, or Unified Communications environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern meeting room technologies.
Proven troubleshooting skills across audio, video, conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
Understanding of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and common AV vendors.
Experience supporting Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
A customer-first mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, documentation, and service excellence.
