We’re growing fast and on a mission to redefine the customer experience across Australia and New Zealand. Now, we’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Phones Team in Australia. someone who brings energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping people. 

What You’ll Do 

• You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they need help, the front line that keeps their world running smoothly. 

• Take inbound calls and provide fast, friendly support. 

• Troubleshoot issues or work with other teams to get things resolved. 

• Keep customers updated along the way with clear, confident communication. 

• Handle tickets in ConnectWise, manage priorities, and take ownership through to resolution. 

• Be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, reliability, and getting things done right the first time. 

What You’ll Bring 

• A mature, get-it-done attitude, you take ownership and follow through. 

• Strong teamwork and a commitment to accountability. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

• Passion for great customer service and helping others. 

• A natural curiosity to learn and grow, we’ll support you all the way. 

• ITIL knowledge or IT certifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
