About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, this Hybrid role is based out of our Chirnside Park site 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Do: 

In this newly created role, you will:

• Make a difference: analyse suppliers, outsourced products and freight to identify savings and ensure optimum performance
• Innovate and solve problems: work with Marketing, Operations and Suppliers on sourcing requirements for new product innovation, the coordination of product samples and the completion of testing results
• Collaborate: develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeframe and budget
• Continuously Improve: actively commit to all continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering or Logistics are beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Experience with quality control, execution, approval and maintenance of contracts and agreements

• A strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in document management and reporting


• An understanding of manufacturing processes, and logistics is considered favourably


• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
