Summary
We’re looking for a highly-driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales executive to join our growing sales team. You will develop, acquire, grow, and evangelize Firework’s innovative SaaS solutions to enterprise brands and retailers in a variety of industries. You thrive identifying and closing key opportunities with customers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to our rapid expansion across the Australian and New Zealand market.

What you’ll be doing

    • Own the full sales cycle; identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers to qualify and generate new business opportunities. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
    • Work cross-functionally with the team to set priorities, develop, and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities within assigned territories
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers at target companies
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and customized proposals that address customer requirements
    • Partner closely with all internal functions to prioritize and manage the entire sales funnel process from initial interest to negotiation and close; align with Customer Success on strategies to ensure successful integration post-acquisition (full cycle)
    • Continuously assess the entire go-to-market process help shape product development and scale efficiently while delivering an outstanding product and service experience
    • Track and analyze sales performance, using data to optimize strategies and exceed targets

We’ll be excited if you have

    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • 10+ years experience in a quota-bearing sales role, ideally in outbound fast-growing SaaS environment targeting enterprise brands and retailers in the ANZ market
    • Outstanding high-velocity prospecting muscles; you can flex and incorporate creative outreach solutions to get things done
    • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-performance sales teamSuperb communications and influencing skills; must be able to present and build rapport with all levels and functions of an organization
    • Driven to excel in a fast-paced, fun, start-up environment where you are consultative in nature and can navigate the complexities and needs of various clients, their size, industry, and lifecycle
    • Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization: ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic setting
    • Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, a self starter, resilient, empathetic, and no eg

 The role is remote based in Sydney, Australia
