Drive Growth Across ANZ: Strategic Account Manager Role with High Autonomy & Reward
Lead market expansion, shape strategy, and earn up to 30% bonus in a high-impact sales role.
The Strategic Sales Manager will be part of our ANZ sales & management team and will primarily work to increase market share and sales in the territory assigned. Main responsibilities will be to develop business with both existing and new customers, introduce new products, manage distribution channels, and achieve sales, value, and margin objectives and grow market share. They will also be responsible for developing new business with new accounts in the Australian market via our Distribution network. The focus will be on driving sales growth, growing market share by adding value to our customers and working with distributors and end-users, by training them and sharing expertise in product specification, application, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
**This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne - that will cover territories in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and Northern Territories, plus New Zealand
An attractive salary with 30% role related bonus is on offer for this role, for the right candidate.
Approx 60% interstate travel is required - this travel can be managed by the Strategic Account Manager as they deem appropriate
