The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Lead (Telehealth - Remote) to join easykind in a flexible engagement. This role offers autonomy, the opportunity to shape patient care in a growing organisation, and highly competitive earning potential.

Fees are paid for services delivered, with income scaling according to hours worked. Based on a full-time equivalent (FTE) workload, the potential earnings are up to $375,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to their standard clinical load, the Clinical Team Lead will dedicate approximately 10% of their time to:

• Support Escalated Clinical Cases: Provide oversight and guidance on complex patient scenarios referred by other clinicians.


• Script Amendments: Action urgent prescription amendments, ensuring timely and compliant care.


• Clinical Governance: Monitor and support safe prescribing practices within their team.


• Education & Mentorship: Act as a point of clinical guidance for new practitioners, especially those onboarding into medicinal cannabis prescribing. 

Requirements:

1. Must be an Authorised Prescriber of medicinal cannabis (to manage scripts autonomously).


2. AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication.


3. Prior experience prescribing medicinal cannabis in a tele-health setting.


4. Strong understanding of clinical compliance and patient safety practices.


5. 
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
