Test Lead - Large SAP Transformation

We are looking for a Test Lead /Manager for a large transformation in Melbourne. Some on-site work is a must, ideally you are based in Melbourne or Sydney to minimise travel. Ideally, the new incumebtn will start by mid August with us.

As the Test Lead, you will ensure SAP solutions improve quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purposes. You will ensure that all test effort activities are effectively completed and carried out in accordance with agreed test guidelines. This role requires experience in large SAP transformations and understanding the BPO. The ideal applicant presents with expertise in SAP CALM.

Skills required

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Test Management with
  in-depth understanding of SAP implementation and testing methodologies.
• Experience in SAP CALM
• Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong
  leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of
  success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering
  on time and ensuring quality.
• Experience in testing across
  Agile projects with the ability to adapt and deliver optimal results.
• Communication
  and collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with customers and delivery partners to establish and maintain robust professional
  relationships.
  
• Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders.

The position requires a local incumbent with some hybrid flexibility; remote work is not available.
